Is Ours free?
Ours is free to start, with reminders, schedules and history included. An optional paid plan unlocks backup and sync, unlimited medications and sharing with your care circle.
Does Ours give medical advice?
No. Ours is a reminder and tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend medications or doses. Always follow the instructions from your doctor or pharmacist, and contact them with any medical question.
What happens when I miss a reminder?
The dose stays visible as overdue until you take, snooze or skip it. Ours never marks a dose as taken on your behalf, and history always reflects what you confirmed.
Do I need an account?
An email code signs you in so your schedule can be restored on a new phone and shared with your care circle. Core reminders work offline once you are signed in.
How are my photos of medication packages handled?
The photo is used only to read the label and prefill the medication details. You always confirm the result against the real package before it is saved.
Can I use Ours for someone I look after?
Yes. Family and caregiver sharing is designed exactly for that, and the person receiving care can revoke access at any moment.
